To anyone who hasn’t experienced fall in Michigan, I feel sorry for you. On a sunny day the light is absolutely stunning and our foliage is some of the best in the country. Also, it’s the season of the most delicious apple in the world, the honeycrisp. I don’t have a favorite season, because that’s just silly, but I have a special place in my heart for fall and it’s brevity. It comes and goes so quickly.
Becky and Jeremy love fall too. In fact, Becky got in touch with me in August to insure we’d be able to shoot together come fall. October is truly the gauntlet for Midwest photographers. Everyone wants to shoot with the fall colors and they’re so brief, so take this as a tip: if you want to shoot in fall, follow’s Becky’s example and reach out in August.
